The Charter of Tenant and Resident Rights and Responsibilities has been developed to help you understand your rights and responsibilities in a clear and simple way.

If you have an issue with your housing or accommodation please speak with your Housing Officer as the first stage in resolving it.

Joining our Tenant Advisory Committee is an opportunity to have your voice and ideas heard, develop new skills and confidence, get to know other tenants.

St. Pat’s hosts resident meetings twice yearly across our lodging houses. This is a great  opportunity for lodging house tenants to come together to discuss important issues related to their living environment, receive updates and provide feedback.

Every two years we send out a survey to all our tenants to get feedback on what we are doing well and how we can improve. You can also give feedback to St. Pats at any time by completing the feedback form or by contacting St. Pats Housing Service team.
