Your feedback, whether it be in the form of a complaint, compliment or suggestion, provides us with a valuable opportunity for improvement.

To deliver your feedback, complaint or compliment, you can:

  • Write down your Feedback, Complaint or Appeal and

    • Hand it in at our Community Centre

You can expect to receive a response from us within 14 business days of receipt of your feedback. Please note, we will not provide a response to anonymous feedback.

Disagree with a decision or response to your complaint? 

We might not always get it right. If you’re unhappy with our response to your complaint or a decision that affects you, you can appeal our decision.
