St Pat’s is a registered Community Housing Provider offering a range of accommodation options within Perth’s south metropolitan region for single adults and young people. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to apply for a range of accommodation managed by St Pat’s Housing Services.

  • Lodging Accommodation – available for single people, aged 18 years or older
  • Social Housing – medium and long-term homes for people on very low to low incomes
  • Youth Housing – transitional accommodation for young people aged 15-25 through St Pat’s Youth Place program

  • St Pat’s outreach teams engage with people experiencing rough sleeping across the Perth metropolitan region, with St Pat’s staff based in Fremantle and Rockingham. We work alongside people, building relationships of trust and supporting them to access safe, appropriate accommodation where available.
