St Pat’s Housing Services offers a range of accommodation within the greater Fremantle area for men and women, including families, couples and youth housing.

St Pat’s does not offer crisis or supported accommodation.

Eligibility

To qualify for accommodation you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged 21 or over (people under 21 may be eligible for our Youth Place services)

  • Are able to live independently

  • Be receiving full or partial Centrelink benefits and/or meet community housing income and assets eligibility criteria.

  • Can provide Centrelink benefit evidence and/or wage slips for proof of income

  • Willing to live communally and share facilities, where required

  • Agree to abide by the licence to occupy and house rules; and

  • Be currently residing in WA and are able to attend a face-to-face assessment interview

Application Process

St Pat’s Housing Services will be conducting drop-in housing assessments at our Day Centre every Tuesday, starting March 12th 2024.

Worried about someone?

  • St Pat’s outreach teams engage with people experiencing rough sleeping across the Perth metropolitan region, with St Pat’s staff based in Fremantle and Rockingham. We work alongside people, building relationships of trust and supporting them to access safe, appropriate accommodation where available.
