Key Features
St Pat's Lodging Accommodation is available for single people, aged 18 years or older. We offer a variety of lodging options from rooms in smaller men's or women's shared accommodation to medium and larger lodging houses, which offer rooms for men and women with a secure, women's-only floor. Eligible applicants are offered a furnished room as well as either an ensuite or shared access to communal facilities including kitchen, bathroom and common areas, depending on the facility.
Successful tenants will sign a Licence to Occupy agreement.
Locations
St Pats currently operates 11 lodging houses in Perth's southern corridor including Fremantle, Beaconsfield and Hamilton Hill.
Rent
Your rent is charged at 25% of assessable income + Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA). Your rent will not be more than 74.9% of the market rent for the room. As well as rent, we charge a fee for utilities and a lodging fee for linen, laundry services and amenities at the property.
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for lodging accommodation you must:
- Have a regular source of income e.g. – wages, Centrelink payments, and can show these as needed
- Meet community housing income and assets eligibility criteria
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Be able to live independently
- Be willing and able to engage in external support services if required to meet resident responsibilities
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Be willing and able to live communally and share facilities as needed
- Be currently residing in WA and are able to attend a face-to-face assessment interview
- Be willing to agree to the terms of the Licence to Occupy and House rules
