St Pat’s provides a range of specialist, targeted services and programs aimed at people experiencing, or at risk, of homelessness.
We are also behind a number of projects to create new community housing and improve access for people on low-incomes to the private rental market.
Family Support Program
The Family Support Program walks alongside families at different stages of their housing journey.
Engagement Hub
Our Engagement Hub provides adults experiencing homelessness or in crisis with essential services from food, clothing and showers to emergency relief, social engagement and inclusion activities and much more.
Housing Services
St Pat's are an accredited community housing provider with accommodation for single men and women, couples and families. We also offer accommodation support, to help you maintain housing.
Djenabidet Kalleep
Djenabidet Kalleep is a support service for Aboriginal people, by Aboriginal people.
Outreach
St Pat's assertive outreach teams work in the community to provide tailored, person-centric supports to people experiencing homelessness in Perth, Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah.
St Pat’s Community Store
St Pat's Community Store ensures people facing homelessness or on low incomes have access to high-quality clothing, furniture, homewares and much more.
Youth Place
Specialist homelessness supports, including accommodation, for young people aged 15-25.
