St Pat’s offers free showers and hygiene products at our Community Centre while our in-house clinic offers free health and dental care to people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. We also have a range of visiting services offering laundry, specialist healthcare and more.

A holistic approach to health

We know that a person’s physical and mental wellbeing plays a crucial role in their ability to live an independent and fulfilling life.

We work with leading medical and health experts to provide immediate, well-considered care for people who attend our Community Support Centre, helping you to receive treatments and learn how to improve your health and wellbeing.

Our Health Clinic is supported by a range of professional partners and key teaching institutions including Murdoch University, Silver Chain, Chiropractic Clinic, Challenger TAFE, CAAWA and Optometrists Association Australia.

Free Health & Wellbeing Services

St Pats facilitate a range of free services, depending on availability, including:

  • Showers and hygiene products: Weekdays, 7.30am to 1pm

  • Orange Sky Laundry: Wednesdays & Fridays, 7:30am – 10:30am

  • Registered Nurse (walk in – no appointment necessary)

  • Counselling

  • Podiatry

  • Optometry

  • Hairdressing

  • Audiology

  • Reflexology

  • Massage

  • Chiropractor

  • Physiotherapy

  • Acupuncture

The Freo Street Doctor is a mobile health clinic at our Community Support Centre.

  • Walk-in Appointments

  • Tuesdays 9:30am – 12:30pm

  • Thursdays 9:30am – 12:30pm

Worried about someone?

  • St Pat’s outreach teams engage with people experiencing rough sleeping across the Perth metropolitan region, with St Pat’s staff based in Fremantle and Rockingham. We work alongside people, building relationships of trust and supporting them to access safe, appropriate accommodation where available.
