Booraka Danjoo
Booraka Danjoo is a rapid, agile and intensive assertive outreach service.
Booraka Danjoo supports people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in Perth’s south metropolitan region, including Fremantle, Kwinana, Rockingham and Mandurah.
Working side by side with existing public, private and non-government agencies, Booraka Danjoo helps highly vulnerable people with complex needs transition off the streets, into safe accommodation and back on the path to fulfilling, independent lives.
Booraka Danjoo is delivered in partnership between St Pat’s and the Western Australian Government Department of Communities.
