Young people experiencing homelessness in Fremantle have received a welcome funding boost thanks to a generous donation from Fremantle Foundation.

St Pat's will partner with the City of Kwinana to provide a specialist assertive outreach service, supporting people experiencing homelessness in Kwinana.
