St Pat’s Support Services encompass a range of programs which provide everything from community outreach to intensive case management, with specialist supports for people with drug and alcohol dependency and mental health issues.
Community Centre
The heart of St Pat’s, our Community Centre provides adults experiencing homelessness or in crisis with essential services from food, clothing and showers to emergency relief, social engagement and inclusion activities and much more.
