Library Connect offers a way for people to access support, referrals and advice from the comfort and safety of the Fremantle Library.
St Pat's assertive outreach teams work in the community to provide tailored, person-centric supports to people experiencing homelessness in Perth, Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah.
Specialist homelessness supports, including accommodation, for young people aged 15-25.
