St Pat's are an accredited community housing provider with accommodation for single men and women, couples and families. We also offer accommodation support, to help you maintain housing.
Djenabidet Kalleep is a support service for Aboriginal people, by Aboriginal people.
St Pat's assertive outreach teams work in the community to provide tailored, person-centric supports to people experiencing homelessness in Perth, Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah.
Specialist homelessness supports, including accommodation, for young people aged 15-25.
