Accommodation Support

St Pat’s Homelessness Accommodation Support Program (HASP) assists people to sustain their residencies and access additional, specialist supports.

The HASP team specialise in providing intensive, person-centric case management to people at risk of homelessness across the Perth metropolitan region, including Rockingham and Mandurah. They also work collaboratively with St Pat’s Housing Services and our other teams to provide wrap-around supports for people who reside in St Pat’s accommodation.

St Pat’s services are aligned with the internationally recognised Housing First model and we support the outcomes of the Western Australian Government’s All Paths Lead to a Home: Western Australia’s 10-Year Strategy on Homelessness 2020-2030 (the Strategy).
