Library Connect

Library Connect offers a way for people to access support, referrals and advice from the comfort and safety of the Fremantle Library.

A walk-in service, it is open to anyone seeking assistance or information on what support services are available in the Fremantle area.

Library Connect Fremantle is delivered by St Pat’s in partnership with the City of Fremantle.

  • If you’re supporting someone experiencing homelessness, or need to refer someone to St Pat’s Housing or one of our programs, please check the individual program eligibility requirements.

Worried about someone?

  • St Pat’s outreach teams engage with people experiencing rough sleeping across the Perth metropolitan region, with St Pat’s staff based in Fremantle and Rockingham. We work alongside people, building relationships of trust and supporting them to access safe, appropriate accommodation where available.
