Our Southern Corridor team supports people experiencing homelessness in Rockingham and Mandurah through assertive outreach and case management.
Street to Home is an interagency support service for people experiencing rough sleeping in Fremantle.
The Crossroads program provides tailored supports and harm-reduction strategies for people experiencing alcohol and drug dependency while facing homelessness in the Perth CBD, Fremantle CBD and Rockingham area.
