How to support St Pat’s
We wouldn’t be able to do the work we do without the support of our community. Luckily, there are many different ways you can support us.
Financial Donations
Your financial donations will aid us in our mission to end chronic homelessness and help our amazing teams to deliver our core programs – supporting people facing homelessness, poverty and disadvantage.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
You can donate once or maximise your impact with monthly donations. Regular giving help us plan ahead, provide more sustainable support and increases the impact your donations make over time.
Your payment
St Pat’s uses a secure, third-party payment system to ensure the safety of your financial data, which we do not see or store.
Can I make a direct deposit?
You are very welcome to make a donation to St Pat’s by direct deposit to our bank account.
Please call us on 08 6372 4800 or email our Supporter team on supporters@stpats.com.au to obtain our new BSB and account number.
We will generate an individual reference number for you to use so that we can easily identify your donation and send your receipt to you.
Donating Goods
St Pat’s relies on your donated goods to provide people with basic necessities, from food to clothing and shoes, furniture and more. Donations to our Op-Shop provides a vital fundraising tool, while also keeping our community well-dressed.
The money we raise from any items we sell goes back into funding our services and programs, helping us support our community’s most vulnerable.
Acceptable Donations
Containers for Change
You can also support St Pat’s by returning your 10c refundable containers to St Pat’s Cockburn depot, thanks to our partners at Return-it and Containers for Change.
Donate the full 10c refund per can to us using our Container ID C10288851 or keep it for yourself, either way, you’ll be supporting people experiencing homelessness in your community.

No time to drop off your containers? Download the ReCollect App, create a personal or business account and you can book a container pick-up service!
Register your own Container ID to receive your refund or donate to St Pat’s using our Container ID C10288851, keep track of the number of containers you’ve collected, your refund amounts and your environmental impact!
Gifts in Will and Bequests
St Pat’s would be honoured to be a part of your legacy.
By leaving a gift in your Will to St Pat’s, your generosity could help individuals and families find safety, stability, and a place to thrive.
It is important to have a conversation with your family and friends to let them know what your wish is and to ensure they understand how you want your estate to be distributed.
We recommend you seek professional, legal advice before you draft your Will to ensure it is written correctly and your wishes are respected.
