How to support St Pat’s
We wouldn’t be able to do the work we do without the support of our community. Luckily, there are many different ways you can support us.
Financial Donations
Financial donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and will be directed in full towards the services St Pat’s offers to those in need.
We’d love your help whether it be monthly, annually or whenever you can. Every cent you give makes at difference to the lives of people in need in the Fremantle and greater southern metropolitan area.
Your payment
St Pat’s uses a secure, third-party payment system to ensure the safety of your financial data, which we do not see or store.
Where does the money go?
Your donations are used to support services and programs across all areas of St Pat’s, including:
- Accommodation
- Meals and food packages
- Towels, hygiene packs and shoes
- Our Health and Dental Clinic
- Social engagement and inclusion activities such as our Starlight Hotel Choir, art workshops, events, health information sessions and exercise classes.
Donating Goods
St Pat’s relies on your donated goods to provide people with basic necessities, from food to clothing and shoes, furniture and more. Donations to our Op-Shop provides a vital fundraising tool, while also keeping our community well-dressed.
The money we raise from any items we sell goes back into funding our services and programs, helping us support our community’s most vulnerable.

Containers for Change
You can also support St Pat’s by returning your 10c refundable containers to St Pat’s Cockburn depot, thanks to our partners at Return-it and Containers for Change.
Donate the full 10c refund per can to us using our Container ID C10288851 or keep it for yourself, either way, you’ll be supporting people experiencing homelessness in your community.

Gifts in Will and Bequests
You can choose to leave a gift in your will to St Pat’s, leaving a legacy which will better the lives of people experiencing homelessness.
It is important to have a conversation with your family and friends to let them know what your wish is and to ensure they understand how you want your estate to be distributed.
We recommend you seek professional, legal advice before you draft your will to ensure it is written correctly and your wishes are respected.
If you do decide to include us in your will, you will need to use the following:
