Our Engagement Hub provides adults experiencing homelessness or in crisis with essential services from food, clothing and showers to emergency relief, social engagement and inclusion activities and much more.
St Pat's are an accredited community housing provider with accommodation for single men and women, couples and families. We also offer accommodation support, to help you maintain housing.
St Pat’s provides Emergency Relief including food and transport vouchers, referrals and advocacy for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

The Crossroads program provides tailored supports and harm-reduction strategies for people experiencing alcohol and drug dependency while facing homelessness in the Perth CBD, Fremantle CBD and Rockingham area.
